Function Description:
The QPMODE system variable is used to specify whether to display quick property palettes when selected objects.

System Variable Value:
0: turn off quick property palettes for all objects when selected all objects in drawing area
1: turn on quick property palettes for all objects when selected all objects in drawing area
2: turn on quick property palettes for objects that supportable in CUI editor for convenient displaying when selected
Note: if specified a negtive value for this system variable, turn off it but keep the value. Specify PICKFIRST system variable to be 1 to enable QPMODE.
