Function Description:

The NOMUTT system variable is used to suppress the message display when it shouldn't be suppressed normally.

All messages in command line and feedbacks display in normal mode. Suppress message display when running scripts, AutoLISP programs, and others programs.

System Variable Value:

0: restore message display normally
1: suppress uncertain message display
