Function Description:
This command is used to create leaders and leader annotations.
It is suggested to create leader objects by the MLEADER command.
The QLEADER
command can be used to in the following options:
- Specify leader annotations and annotation formats;
- Specify the annotation location of multiline text on the added leader;
- Limit the number of leader segments;
- Constrain the angle of the first and second leader segments.
Users can modify the annotation type and
the number of leader points to meet the demand of drawings in Leader Settings dialog box.
Turning on associative dimensioning by the DIMASSOC system variable, the
leader start point can be associated with a location on an object. If the object
is relocated, the leader line stretches and the arrowhead remains attached to the object, but the text
or feature control frame remains in place.

Specify first leader point, or [Settings] \<Settings>:
Specify first leader point
Specifies the start point for the first in a series of leader segments. The number of Points setting on the Leader Line \& Arrow tab of the Leader Settings dialog box limits the number of prompts for leader points.
