Function Description:
The MTEXTFIXED system variable is used to set the display size and direction of mtext in specified text editor.

System Variable Value:
0/1: display in-place text editor and the text within it with the same size, position, and rotation of the multiline text object in the drawing
2: display in-place text editor and the text within it with the same size, position, and rotation of the multiline text object in the drawing. Text that would otherwise be difficult to read (if it is very small, very large, or is rotated) is displayed at a legible size and is oriented horizontally so that users can easily read and edit it.
