Function Description:
This command is used to create revision clouds using polylines. The three new branches of "Rectangle", "Polygon", and "Modify" are added, and the number of grips displayed by rectangle and polygon clouds can be controlled, making it easier to draw and edit regular clouds.
Note: The REVCLOUD command saves the previously used arc length in registry. If the scale factors are different in
the drawing, users can use the value of DIMSCALE plus scale factor to keep
consistency. Users can drag cursor to create new revision clouds and convert closed objects (such as elliptical arcs or polylines) to revision clouds. The new revision cloud line is a polyline.

Specify start point or [Arc length/Object/Rectangular/Polygonal/Freehand/Style/Modify] \< current >:
Arc length
Specifies the length of arc in revision cloud. The maximum of arc length can not exceed three times of the minimum arc length.
Object
Specifies an object to be converted to a revision cloud.
Rectangular
Creates a rectangular cloud by specifying opposite corner points.
Polygonal
Creates a polygon cloud by specifying the vertices of the polygon.
Freehand
Use freehand to draw cloud lines.
Style
Specifies the style of the revision cloud.
Modify
Redefines an existing cloud by specifying one or more new points.
