Function Description:
Displays layers available for deletion.
Dialog Box Options:
Layers to delete
Displays a list of layers that you can delete. Press Shift or Ctrl to select more than one layer. Layers that cannot be deleted include the current layer, layer 0, locked layers and xref-dependent layers.
