Function Description:

The PLINEGEN system variable is used to control the way to generate linetype pattern around the vertices of a 2D polyline.

This settings is not suitable for the polyline with tapered segments.

System Variable Value:

0: generate the linetype beginning and ending with dash at each vertex of the polyline
1: generate the linetype beginning and ending with dash at each vertex of the polyline
