Function Description:
The PROXYNOTICE system variable is used to display a notice when creating a proxy.

When opening a drawing including custom objects, but user can not find the application that creating the custom objects, the proxy is created. When unloading the application that creating the custom objects, the proxy is also created.
System Variable Value:
0: do not display a notice when creating a proxy.
1: display a notice when creating a proxy.
