Function Description:

The CECOLOR system variable is used to set color for new objects.

The following are valid value:
BYLAYER or BYBLOCK;
Index Color: an integer ranges from 1 to 255, or names of one of front seven colors;
True Color: a RGB or HSL value ranges from 000 to 255, the format is "RGB: 000,000,000" Color Books: the standard PANTONE or customized color systems, DIC color books or RAL color sets.
