Function Description:
The CENTERMT system variable is used to control the text displaying in center horizontal when stretching by grips.

The CENTERMT can not be applied on the Mtext that stretched by the rule in in-place text editor.
System Variable Value:
0: when moving corner grips in centered multiple line text, the center grip moves in the same direction, but the opposite grip keeps in place
1: when moving corner grips in centered multiple line text, the center grip keeps in place, but both sets of side grips move in the stretch direction
