Function Description:

This command is used to check the breakpoints and connect the breakpoints if prompts that the area is not closed when generating fill, calculating area and generating area, The connection is closed according to the selected position and the click order, and all the line segments outside the closed area are deleted at the same time. If there is a breakpoint between the two, close the connection at the breakpoint.
