Function Description:

The SAVEFIDELITY system variable is used to control the visual fidelity for annotative objects viewing in earlier versions.

System Variable Value:

0: do not save visual fidelity when saving it
1: the annotative scales specified to annotation objects will be saved to their independent layers for each scale.
