The SETBYLAYERMODE system variable is used to control which property are selected for SETBLAYER command.

The setting is stored as a bitcode using the sum of listed system variable values.

0: none
1: color property
2: linetype property
4: lineweight property
8: material property
16: plot style property
32:plot style property
64:change "ByBlock" to be "Bylayer" including blocks
128:change "ByBlock" to be "Bylayer" including blocks
