Draw Circles

You can choose one of the following methods to draw a circle:
- Center, Radius (Default)
- Center, Diameter
- Circle, Center, Diameter
- 2 points
- 3 points
- Tangent, Tangent, Radius (TTR)
- Tangent, Tangent, Tangent (TTT)
- Arc (Convert arc to circle)
Depends on the conditions and requirements, you can choose the simplest way.
