Function Description:

The DIMALTTZ system variable is used to control zero suppression for tolerance.

System Variable Value:

0: suppress zero feet and zero inch
1: include zero feet and zero inch
2: include zero feet and suppress zero inch
3: include zero inch and suppress zero feet
To suppress leading or trailing zeros. Add the following values to one of the preceding values:
4: suppress leading zero
8: suppress trailing zero
