To Change the Visibility of Layers

To Turn Layers On or Off

  1. Click Format > Layer on the main menu.
  2. The Layer Properties Manager palette is displayed, select the layers you want to turn on or off.
  3. Click the icon in the On column to set the status of the selected layers

To Freeze or Thaw Layers

  1. Click Format > Layer on the main menu.
  2. The Layer Properties Manager palette is displayed, select the layers you want to freeze or thaw.
  3. Click the icon in the Freeze column to set the status of the selected layers.
