The LAYERDLGMODE system variable is used to control whether to open traditional layer property manager or current layer property manager.

System Variable Value:
0: display the traditional layer property manager by LAYER command. Users must turn it off to continue working.
1: display the current layer property manager without mode. It can be turned on when users working.
