Function Description:
The DRAGP2 system variable is used to control how many vectors the system draws before the mouse checking new input sample and users dragging objects in 2D viewport, if the software accelerating.

The larger number may lead to display more drawing vectors when dragging objects. To get the best performance, it is suggested to accelerate hardware rather than software. The DRAGP2 system variable does not have effect on objects in 3D viewports.
