Function Description:
The FIELDEVAL system variable is used to control how fields updates.

System Variable Value:
0:Do not update
1: update when open it
2: update when save it
4: update when plot it
8: update when eTransmit it
16: update when regenerate it
Note：the "date" field is updated by UPDATEFIELD system variable, it will not automatically update based on DIELDEVAL system variable.
