Function Description:
The RIBBONDOCKEDHEIGHT system variable is used to determine whether set the horizontal docked ribbon to be current tab height or predefined height.

If specified to be 0, ribbon will adjust and fit selected tab height. Set a value between 1 and 500, ribbon height will be the number of this value in pixels.
