To Check Spelling

  1. Click Tools > Spell Check on the main menu.
  2. The Check Spelling dialog box is displayed, under Display the areas you want checked for spelling, select an option.
  3. If you want to include block attributes and dimension text, click Settings button.
  4. The Check Spelling Settings dialog box is displayed, check the desired types of objects.
  5. Click Dictionaries button, the Dictionary dialog box is displayed.
  6. To change current the main dictionary, select a dictionary from the Current Main Dictionary list. To change the current custom dictionary, select a dictionary under Current Custom Dictionary.
  7. Click Start.
  8. To correct a word, select an alternate word from the Suggestions list or type a word in the Suggestions box. Click Change or Change All. To leave a word unchanged, click Ignore or Ignore All. To leave a word unchanged and add it to the dictionary, click Add to Dictionary.
  9. Click Close to exit.
