Function Description:
This command is used to create a light source.
Depending on the type of light you specify, the prompts that are displayed are the same as the prompts of
the command POINTLIGHT, SPOTLIGHT, WEBLIGHT, TARGETPOINT, FREESPOT, FREEWEB, DISTANTLIGHT.
