Function Description:

The PLOTCMDCOMPATIBILITY system variable is used to control whether to change the PLOT and -PLOT commands from MODAL mode to SESSION mode.

System Variable Value:

0: All behaviors are consistent with the default scenario.
1: Change the PLOT and -PLOT commands from MODAL mode to SESSION mode, executing all behaviors in the interface fiber to ensure hardware layer access within the same stack.
